SCREENING AUDITION - In order to provide the best musical and educational experience possible, the PCJC faculty are requiring that all applicants submit a recorded screening audition as part of the application process. The recordings will be anonymously reviewed by the PCJ faculty, and students will be placed in combos based on musical factors such as: tone, time, technique, style, and improvisation. This process will allow the PCJC faculty to place students in the most appropriate combo environment for their respective ability and experience level before the camp begins. This will not only allow for the best musical and educational experience for each and every student, but will allow the camp to begin smoothly and productively.  If you tried out for the 2019 South Dakota All State Jazz Band this year, you may use this as your screening for the Palace City Summer Jazz Camp.  All you have to do is email ryan.stahle@k12.sd.us and let us know you want to use this as your screening.
